  • Must be a second year undergraduate student on an industrial placement year course returning to study in Autumn 2026
  • Must have the right to work in the UK already in place
  • Available to start working full time from June 2025
  • Interested in the area you are applying for; whether this is through your studies, experiences, extracurricular activities or a general interest
  • A strong curiosity for human resources

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and undertake various administrative duties
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
  • You will be involved in various stages of the employee lifecycle while being a primary contact point for HR queries.
  • You will support daily HR functions, including maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and managing HR databases.
  • You will handle inquiries in the shared mailbox, assign tasks to HR Associates, and analyse HR metrics to prepare reports for decision-making.
  • You will support both the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) and Latin America (LATAM) regions by managing headcount processes, ensuring data integrity, and engaging with HR partners.
  • You will provide operational and project support for HR systems like SAP and Workday.
  • You will gain hands-on experience in strategic consultation, system troubleshooting, testing system changes, and ensuring HR systems meet business and legal requirements.
  • You will be supporting recruitment activity across EMEA.
  • You will rotate around different areas of recruitment, including permanent, early careers, contingent and executive hiring.
  • You will be involved with project work focused on diversity & inclusion, candidate experience and process improvement initiatives.
  • You will contribute significantly by offering operational support and coordinating projects across Employee Experience, Talent and Performance, Learning and Leadership Development and Organisational Development.
