Our Go-To-Market Sales Strategy & Operations organization is responsible for building and maintaining the operational foundation that enables our sales organization to run effectively and efficiently. This individual will act as an advisor to executives in the sales organization and is responsible for helping crack the most important strategic and operational problems facing the business. As a Sales Strategy & Operations Associate, you will be partnering with senior sales executives to assess business performance and derive actionable insights focused on driving revenue growth, sales productivity, and customer value. The Associate is also responsible for leading, executing, and scaling operational and planning processes in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
The Associate should have a strong strategic mindset and communications skills and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive critical business decisions. The candidate should also be able to handle highly sensitive, confidential, and non-routine information, have high attention to detail, be open-minded to challenge the status quo, and work in a rapidly changing organization while inspiring excellence from themselves and business partners.
Responsibilities
- Support the global go-to-market strategy for LTS business, and act as an advisor to cross-functional leadership by delivering data-driven recommendations to help optimize the Talent Solutions business and achieve its strategic priorities
- Independently navigate ambiguous business problems and lead projects to influence key decisions through performance metrics, scaling, or transformation initiatives
- Establish strong cross-functional relationships with Sales management, Business Operations, Product, Finance, and Systems teams to help suggest and implement processes (whether short term workarounds or longer-term solutions)
- Play a vital role in driving annual strategic planning processes through data-driven recommendations on how to optimize go-to-market operating models and team productivity
- Proactively identify opportunities for and implement process improvements with an operational excellence mindset
- Launch, optimize and scale new pilots testing into net new sales motions and potential revenue streams
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 2+ years’ experience in a strategic or analytical role, including Consulting, Finance, Business Operations, Sales Operations, Business Development or other similar
- 1+ years’ experience with excel and SQL
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data analysis/modeling (Excel, SQL) and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making
- Experience with D365, Anaplan, SQL/relational databases, and reporting tools like Tableau/PowerBi
- Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Proven track record of leading strategic and operational cross-functional initiatives in a high-growth, performance-focused environment
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, navigate challenging data sets, develop solutions, and craft high-quality executive presentations
- Strong communication skills, including experience, effectively communicating with senior leaders
- Deep experience in prioritization of deliverables and tasks
- Highly collaborative style with strong influence skills
- Extreme attention to detail (minimizing defects)

The pay range for this role is $78,000 to $126,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
