  • Understanding business needs working within the departments to guide and suggest as well as triage and resolve
  • Engaging with and providing project support on the Oracle projects aligning with cross functional teams to help shape our business systems and processes
  • Knowledge of Finance modules and be able to explain their associated application processes
  • Work independently or with other members in the support team providing Finance Functional assistance to our clients
  • Manage your tasks and update and resolve incidents/problems according to the client to Service Levels
  • Act as SME for Oracle Finance function. You will be expected to demonstrate an ability to develop other colleagues

Desired Qualifications
  • College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration or information systems
  • Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development
  • Data Migration experience
  • Agile/Scrum experience
  • Working knowledge of JIRA
  • Project management experience
