- Three to five years of experience is expected for this role.
- Experience with Medidata Rave on the information technology side including account creation/management, issue resolution, process improvement, enhancements, validation, and migration improvement.
- Rave experience is a must.
- Rave administration and/or study build knowledge is required.
- A degree is preferred, but candidates with equivalent experience will be considered.
- Rave Certification is a big plus.
- Candidate should be able to work in a global environment and be located at Malvern, Springhouse Pennsylvania, or Titusville, Raritan New Jersey.
- Perform tasks related to Medidata Rave and scope of all its products.
- Provide guidance and act as a resource to Integrated Data Services in a specific domain; remain current on domain expertise.
- Work on low- to medium-complexity projects and ensure quality deliverables as agreed with internal and external customers.
- Track and monitor maintenance or enhancements in the specific domain expertise.
- Share domain expertise with IDS Operations and Contract Research Organizations to ensure consistency and accuracy within process and functionality.
- Identify and participate in process, system, and tool improvement initiatives within IDS.
- Participate in non-trial/non-program projects to gather information or provide knowledge in domain expertise area.
- I-Medidata experience is preferred.
- Rave Certification is a big plus.
- Degree being preferred is placed in requirements but this could be reiterated as desirable; include explicit emphasis on preferred educational background if needed.
