Requirements
  • Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with SQL and ability to query large datasets.
  • Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data analysis.
  • Experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for video games and understanding of player behavior.
  • Ability to communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets related to player behavior, game performance, and monetization.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support A/B testing initiatives to optimize game features and player experiences.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and insights.
  • Work with SQL to extract and manipulate data from databases.
  • Collaborate with game designers, developers, and marketing teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Document findings and present insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
  • Understanding of A/B testing and statistical analysis.
  • Knowledge of game industry KPIs (e.g., DAU, MAU, ARPU, Retention Rates).
  • Some exposure to machine learning or predictive analytics is a plus.
