Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years of equivalent benefits administration experience
  • Experience working in fully ensured self-funded health plan
  • Working knowledge of state and federal regulations (COBRA, HIPAA, EEOC, FMLA, ADA, ACA, Section 125, 401(k))
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment
  • Previous benefits administration experience on ADP Workforce Now platform preferred
Responsibilities
  • Ensuring timely data entry between ATS, onboarding, and HRIS systems
  • Serving employee needs for benefit and welfare programs
  • Creating reports and meeting compliance deadlines
  • Acting as a liaison between employees, benefit brokers, and carriers
  • Completing regulatory filings
  • Documenting and maintaining HRIS business processes
  • Auditing and reconciling HR and benefits data
  • Completing key projects and responsibilities as assigned
