The ABA Center Regional Director is responsible for overseeing multiple ABA therapy centers within a designated geographic region, ensuring the effective delivery of services, and maintaining high standards of clinical care and operational efficiency. This leadership role involves managing both clinical and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving the growth and success of the region's centers. The Regional Director will collaborate with other leaders and other departments to achieve organizational goals and improve client outcomes.
Program Quality and Effectiveness:
- Safeguard program quality across assigned locations, ensuring the billing requirement of 12 hours per week is met.
- Ensure program effectiveness through the implementation of established procedures in quality monitoring, client management, and staff retention.
Growth and Client Attendance:
- Ensure assigned locations meet or exceed established growth targets by directly managing processes to improve client attendance.
- Actively lead and support clinical directors to efficiently manage their teams, assist with performance reviews for BCBA’s, and provide guidance on coaching opportunities with a focus on inclusion and engagement.
Recruitment and Hiring:
- Conduct interviews alongside center’s clinical directors to hire lead BCBA’s and BCBA’s, ensuring alignment with organizational values and needs.
Collaboration with Intake Team:
- Perform the role with a focus on growth, working directly with the intake team through weekly communications on assigned locations’ capacity and referral needs.
Required Certifications, Registration or Licensure-
- Valid State of Michigan’s Driver’s License and current auto insurance
- Current CPR and First-Aid certification
- BCBA certification
- Licensed Behavior Analyst
Minimum Knowledge and Education-
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Minimum Work Experience-
- Minimum of five years of experience in working with individuals with ASD and/or developmental disabilities in a clinic/center-based setting.
- Minimum of three years of experience directly supervising staff.
