Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience with 5+ years of relevant product management experience
  • Experience in enterprise risk management or cyber security risk management - required.
  • Experience working directly with clients such as the Risk Manager / Chief Risk Officer and Security Manager / CISO.
  • Experience with Agile Scrum development process.
  • Previous startup experience.
  • Experience with JTBD + ODI Framework, a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; MBA is a strong plus
Responsibilities
  • Customer Orientation & Engagement: Work directly with customers and prospects to empathize with their challenges, validate and prioritize solutions that add the most value to our customers, and communicate the roadmap. Foster and maintain effective working relationships with customers and numerous internal stakeholders, maintaining a customer-centric approach in spirit and execution.
  • Test and Learn: Define hypotheses and design tests with analytics partners, measure success, suggest improvements, iterate on products and features, and communicate results effectively using data and UX narratives. Apply a test and learn mentality and agile way of working to improve your team's products.
  • Roadmap Planning: Help develop and own the execution of the roadmap, measure the outcomes and adoption of Resilience Solutions, and communicate effectively through presentations and detailed documentation.
  • Execution: Work in an Agile development environment to write epics and user stories to define product enhancements and rollout strategies. Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic work environment. Build use cases with real-world data and influence decision-making processes.
  • Product Evaluation: Continuously evaluate customer satisfaction, supportability, and usability to ensure they meet and exceed our standards and objectives. Demonstrate strong leadership by influencing others, leading teams, and managing stakeholders.
  • Go To Market: Collaborate with engineering, support, design, insurance, software sales, customer and marketing teams to build and launch high-quality product experiences that meet evolving customer needs. Be comfortable influencing others, getting buy-in from leadership, and communicating clearly.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Work with Product Marketing to continuously conduct market and competitive analysis to identify product features and gaps, making informed decisions on prioritization and trade-offs.
