Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with senior executive stakeholders at key accounts
  • Oversee and manage complex implementation projects
  • Direct a team of assistant account managers and a technical account manager
  • Maintain detailed reports on project status, client interactions, and outcomes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level communication
  • Act as the voice of the customer within PortPro
  • Proactively identify potential issues and work with internal teams to resolve them
  • Travel as required to meet with clients and support project implementations
