Our Onboarding Specialists serve as a dedicated resource to provide guidance to advisors as they navigate the abundance of Ash solutions. They’re intuitive and proactively seek solutions for clients and ensure all advisor needs have been met.
Responsibilities
As an Onboarding Specialist, your primary goal is to make it easier for advisors to do business with us. To be successful, you will need to:
- Drive the relationship with advisors and educate them on Ash Brokerage’s value-add business practices and the resources available to them
- Establish and work with the Client Experience and Sales teams to continually evaluate our onboarding procedures and materials to ensure advisors always have the best onboarding experience
- Help create and manage meaningful procedures with our colleagues to ensure a positive advisor experience
- Educate advisors on tools and technology
- Deliver information virtually, including technical demonstrations, to advisors
- Proactively identify the needs of advisors to help them grow their business and relationship with Ash
- Anticipate next steps and/or challenges
- Thoroughly understand Ash Brokerage and articulate our story very well (or the desire to grow to that level of understanding)
- Partner with People and Culture to drive new hire success
- Proactively support additional Ash Teams to enhance overall client experience

Education and Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service, relationship management, onboarding, or training role
- A deep understanding of Ash Brokerage, our culture, structure and history
- Prior experience in the insurance and financial services industry is preferred
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred
