Requirements
  • Program and project delivery experience managing budgets up to $10 million and teams of up to 50 people.
  • Experience with Agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Domain knowledge in areas such as chemicals, deepwater, retail, finance, legal, or human resources.
  • Experience with cloud, mobile, software-as-a-service, and digital technologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, resilience, stakeholder management, and value-creation capabilities.
Responsibilities
  • Agree and deliver programs, projects, and workstreams within agreed time, cost, quality, risk, and benefit parameters and Shell's standards and controls framework.
  • Analyze variances against plans and trends threatening scope, time, cost, and quality commitments.
  • Identify project risks and take appropriate action.
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders, including users, customers, and suppliers, to support delivered products, services, and changes.
  • Develop and execute change and engagement plans to achieve behavior changes and maximize benefits.
  • Align expectations and ensure stakeholder decisions are timely and effective.
  • Mobilize and lead teams comprising staff and suppliers across organizational boundaries and the natural team.
  • Ensure teams have the skills, capacity, and experience needed to achieve required outcomes.
  • Develop team-member skills through coaching, delegation, and stretching assignments.
  • Assess and embed delivery methodologies appropriate to project and business constraints.
  • Assess program risks and evaluate trade-offs among cost, time, quality, risk, and benefit while managing project and workstream business cases.
  • Ensure deliverables are fit for purpose, meet relevant requirements, and transition effectively to support and business-as-usual operations.
  • Ensure the intended business value is explicit, agreed, and delivered.

ECI Group Gets $350M from Almanac

ECI Group has received a $350 million equity infusion from Almanac Realty Investors to support its expansion in the multifamily sector. Alongside a new debt platform with Smith Hill Capital and InterVest, these initiatives are expected to generate over $3 billion in investment and financing growth in the next 3-5 years. ECI plans to acquire and develop multifamily communities in the Southeast and Texas, leveraging both direct investments and joint venture partnerships.
