- Ten or more years of SQL Server ETL development experience using SSIS, Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks

- Top technical skills including AKS, Event Hub, Azure DevOps, Cosmos DB, Azure Functions
- Experience working with Microsoft technologies (SQL Server, Synapse, SSIS, Data Factory, Databricks)
- Hands-on scripting experience in Python, C# or equivalent
- Advanced experience with MS SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle
- Experience with Big Data technologies (NoSQL databases, Hive, Hbase, Pig, Spark)
- Exposure to ETL using SSIS and Data Factory
- Experience with Master Data Management, ETL, Data Quality, metadata management, data profiling, micro-batches, streaming data loads
- Experience with scalable (Massively Parallel Processing) relational databases such as Synapse or Snowflake for advanced analytics
- Working knowledge of availability, scalability, and distributed data platforms
- Strong experience in data warehousing technologies and ETL/ELT implementations
- Knowledge and experience with full Software Development Life Cycle
- Experience with Lean/Agile development methodologies
- Experience in providing technical leadership for data engineering best practices
