  • Associate's degree in a related field of study, at least 10 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals and/or publications
  • Comprehensive understanding of the use of standard laboratory test equipment, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, Oscilloscope, Pitot static equipment, other measurement equipment, hand tools, and power tools
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the weapon system focused technician, responsible for all aspects of coordination across functional, operational and engineering domains.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous management or lead experience; the ability to recruit employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence
  • Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant certification and Inspection Authorization (IA) Designation
  • Knowledge of FAA regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military
  • FAA Certificated Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License (Required)
  • Minimum 10 years of aircraft line maintenance experience
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience in aircraft line maintenance Supervision
  • Working knowledge of 14 CFR Part 121 Federal Aviation Regulations
