  • 2+ years supporting finance systems at a high growth, global tech company
  • NetSuite expertise in advanced modules such as Multi-Book Accounting, Advanced Billing, or Fixed Asset Management modules
  • Proficiency in custom record types, workflows, fields, forms, roles and permissions, saved searches, and reports
  • Experience working hands-on with a finance team, ideally in both B2B and B2C accounting experiences (you understand transaction flows and processes)
  • High aptitude for problem solving and solution design

  • Clear and concise communication with all levels of Finance, Business Systems, and Senior Management
  • Experience operating in and building an auditable and compliant software ecosystem

  • Take a product management approach to designing and implementing a stack of tools that our Finance team genuinely loves to use
  • Partner with finance to design, build, and refine software solutions that solve business problems and scale as we grow
  • Proactively seek out and own improvement opportunities across our finance stack from product spec/discovery through successful high quality development, launch, and iterations
  • Configure dashboards, reports, and saved searches that will enable us to craft timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Serve as a primary resource for functional and technical NetSuite, Coupa, and Kyriba support
  • Review scheduled system upgrades and determine impact on current configuration, customization, and processes
  • Ensure all changes to key financial systems follow change management protocol and execute quarterly SOX compliance tasks as necessary
  • Write functional specs and execute testing plans for integrations and workflows
