We’re looking for a Senior Compensation Partner to join our People & Culture team. Reporting to the VP of Total Rewards, you will work as an individual contributor and partner with our Engineering and Product business leaders while representing our Total Rewards programs including job architecture, global total rewards strategy, compensation planning, and talent processes. You will consult with the business on Total Reward programs including workforce planning, attraction and retention of talent, and monetary/non-monetary recognition programs. You will partner with business group HR leaders to ensure agreement between delivery of the respective programs. You will be based hybrid in San Jose, CA or Bellevue, WA and will go into the the office 3 times per week. You’ll be responsible for:
