  • Revenue or Sales Operations Experience - 5+ years working directly with 200+ sales teams and leadership
  • Technology - Salesforce, Salesloft & Gong tooling familiarity
  • Data and Analytics - strong SQL and analysis skills

Responsibilities
  • Improve overall utilization of sales team resources
  • Drive sales team productivity by optimizing systems and processes
  • Identify drop-off points in the sales funnel and implement gap closure measures
  • Track and improve efficiency metrics for the sales organization
  • Help sales teams focus energy in the right areas
  • Develop impactful reporting tools to drive sales manager and team member productivity
  • Partner with sales leadership stakeholders to drive growth and optimization
  • Develop sales training plans to improve team productivity
  • Leverage Generative AI to qualify leads and improve productivity
