Requirements
  • Expert cloud infrastructure foundational knowledge in all major CSPs with K8s, Cloud and network architectures, Storage, Compute Engines, IAM, and underlying platforms like Linux, Docker, and its implementation and challenges
  • Strong desire and ability to work with customers, primarily in a technical capacity. Experienced in working with enterprise cloud infrastructure, containerized workloads
  • Possess a customer-centric approach
  • Must truly enjoy working with customers, establishing strong relationships and managing expectations with great results. 5+ years in a field services role (professional services, pre-sales, support, etc.) preferably in a cybersecurity related domain
  • Hands on experience configuring alerts, (Ansible) playbooks, building custom playbooks, workflows, rules and scripts
  • Strong knowledge of security technologies, architecture and operations and experience in advising customers on best practices
  • Knowledge of threat handling, incident response and SOC operations. Strong working knowledge of network concepts (TCP/IP, routing, LAN/WAN, etc.)
  • Thrives in a multitasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly
  • Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect and Linux Foundation Certified Kubernetes Administrator
  • Prior experience with support processes, escalation management
  • Hands on (operational) experience with various cybersecurity and networking solutions (SIEM, firewalls, Endpoint security, IDS/IPS etc)
  • Experience with using Bash scripting, Terraform, CloudFormation etc. Technical understanding of incident response, computer forensics, network and application security
  • Training and enablement services delivery experience
  • REST API scripting proficiency
  • Experience with multiple SIEM platforms (Splunk, ELK, LogRhythm, etc)
Responsibilities
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for customer onboarding activities as it relates to cloud infrastructure architectures and S1 cloud product lines
  • Assist with troubleshooting and debugging cloud EDR/K8 deployments
  • Deliver implementation, enablement and advisory for SentinelOne cloud products and technologies
  • Consult with customers to build collaborative architecture, success criteria and project plans for implementation customized to their business objectives
  • Work with Customers as a trusted advisor helping guide them on ongoing security best practices, platform management and product usage
  • Represent and advocate customer needs and issues cross-departmentally
  • Continuously improve methodologies, deliverables, and processes to create an unparalleled Customer Experience
  • Contribute to internal best practices and HOWTO documentation
