Job Description
This position will work as a member of the Facilities Management team. The Guest Relations Representative / ReSet will work to ensure a clean, well-stocked, professional-looking office environment is presented to the external world, including agency customers and external clients / visitors; and will help the Facilities Management team create an inviting, pleasant, and safe place for employees to come to work. This position includes, but is not limited to, pantry cleaning and restocking, meeting room reset, copy room supply restocking, and pre / post meeting assistance. This individual will also be charged with other maintenance tasks as assigned.
Core Duties and responsibilities
- Support Facilities team in maintaining the appearance of the office, including pantries and copy rooms
- Restock and clean pantry
- Restock copy room
- Restock minimal bathroom supplies
- Clear workstations in accordance with clean desk policy
- Restock snacks / soda / water
- Provide pre / post meeting assistance (ie: catering set-up/ clean up)
- Reset meeting rooms / areas post meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Excellent customer service, and communication skills
- Ability to work with a wide variety of internal and external groups
- Experience working in a rapid and complex changing environment
- Passionate about providing outstanding customer service
- Enthusiastic and creative team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task and manage multiple, diverse tasks simultaneously
