Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of customer operations, beginning with the acquisition of a new customer or partner
  • Partner with team managers and coaches to provide the ideal housing solutions to fit their team's needs
  • Negotiate all contracts with hotels on our client's behalf
  • Responsible for customer service and outreach including email, phone calls and text
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns for customer outreach
  • Conduct economic impact studies for our clients upon their request
  • Develop long term relationships with tournament directors and coaches
  • Be well versed in events, rates, and strategies to meet the needs of our clients
  • Identify and execute new opportunities for client growth and collaborate with team members to ensure growth attainment
  • Collaborate with team members to improve current operational processes
