- Strong computer skills are required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
- Ability to pass live scan fingerprint clearance (LIC 9163) is required.
- Ability to secure proof of negative tuberculosis results is required.
- Ability to potentially work one weekend day is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage job postings and source candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Communicate updates and next steps to candidates in a timely manner.
- Organize and maintain candidate records and documentation.
- Support onboarding efforts and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Perform administrative tasks to streamline the recruiting process.
- Support the Scheduler with matching clients to suitable caregivers when needed.
Desired Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Industry experience is preferred.
Cheer Home Care is a home-care provider helping older adults remain safe and engaged in their own homes. Caregivers assist with companionship, personal routines, transportation, meals, household tasks, and memory-support needs. Care plans are coordinated with clients and families and adjusted as daily needs change. Cheer provides private-duty, non-medical care centered on everyday living and social connection, helping families supplement their own caregiving, reduce isolation, and support an older relative who wants to remain at home.
