Responsibilities
  • Define and Align Marketplace Vision: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to establish the vision and strategy for the Forma Store, ensuring alignment with company goals and navigating trade-offs between objectives
  • Develop Strategy and Metrics: Create a 12-month roadmap focused on key metrics that guide investment decisions, and set ambitious goals to drive significant improvements in business outcomes
  • Build and Scale Operations: Design and deliver vendor-facing solutions for onboarding, catalog accuracy, and order fulfillment while overseeing daily marketplace operations to enhance performance and processes
  • Drive Customer Experience: Prioritize a seamless and engaging user experience, leveraging customer feedback and data-driven insights to optimize marketplace performance, and implement effective support mechanisms
  • Establish and Lead the Marketplace Team: Cultivate relationships with suppliers, partners, and industry leaders, and recruit and develop a high-performing team to scale the marketplace function
