We’re working w/ a leading global provider of end-to-end cloud-based solutions with deep domain expertise in the life insurance, wealth, and asset management industries to help them find a Customer Marketing Lead.

As a Customer Marketing Lead, you will lead the overall strategic plans for customer marketing across all channels. You’ll partner across global marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams to provide best-in-class experiences for customers that increase lifetime value, upsell, cross-sell and reduce churn. Products will include a range of B2B SaaS and B2C SaaS solutions.  

-Customer Satisfaction & Engagement. Customer affinity  

-Account Management Enablement. Brand & Product Awareness  

-Product Updates and Thought Leadership  

-Customer Events, User Groups & Product Events 

-Reporting, Content, and Budgets 

-5-7 years of marketing experience, ideally in customer growth, customer marketing, or lifecycle marketing role 

-Ability to think strategically and execute. We are looking for someone who loves to conceptualize and build! 

-Demonstrable experience in drafting customer-focused marketing campaigns, customer events, collateral, and content creation 

-Demonstrable experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and many moving parts. This includes dealing with sales, brand teams, event teams, etc... 

-Proficient in using marketing tools like CRM (Hubspot/Salesforce), Webinars (Zoom/Livestorm) 

-Experience running or being part of large customer events, user groups, etc..  

-Highly analytical with a strong ability to report on campaign performance 

-Experience coordinating projects within a project management tool such as Asana
