Requirements
- 5-7 years of marketing experience, ideally in customer growth, customer marketing, or lifecycle marketing role
- Ability to think strategically and execute. We are looking for someone who loves to conceptualize and build!
- Demonstrable experience in drafting customer-focused marketing campaigns, customer events, collateral, and content creation
- Demonstrable experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and many moving parts. This includes dealing with sales, brand teams, event teams, etc
- Proficient in using marketing tools like CRM (Hubspot/Salesforce), Webinars (Zoom/Livestorm)
- Experience running or being part of large customer events, user groups, etc
- Highly analytical with a strong ability to report on campaign performance
- Experience coordinating projects within a project management tool such as Asana
