  • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (MD, MBBS etc.)
  • Current medical registration (State or Federal) preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in R&D, clinical development, and medical affairs within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment, including senior leadership roles
  • Experience within oncology and/or nuclear medicine
  • Experience in early, mid, and late-stage development
  • Demonstrated knowledge of global regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Proven track record of strategic thinking and decision-making
  • Commitment to integrity, ethics, and patient-centricity
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with CMO and cross-functional teams to develop clinical strategies
  • Provide medical and scientific leadership for global clinical trials
  • Lead key medical affairs activities
  • Partner with global regulatory affairs teams
  • Provide mentorship and guidance for the Global Medical Directorate team
