- Minimum 2+ years of experience working in an Agile development environment
- 3+ years of automation experience using tools such as QTP or QC
- At least 2 years experience with HP/ALM is required
- Experience working with User Stories
- Extremely detailed oriented. Must ensure stories contain specific acceptance test conditions which communicate objectives to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with on and offshore teams
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle including Functional & Non-Functional Test Phases
- Experience testing web applications, mobile a plus
- Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to understand and integrate with cultural differences and engage with virtual cross-cultural, cross-border teams
- Ability to work with business analysis and business stakeholders to undertake exploratory testing
- Work with database administrators and developers to identify and carry out appropriate performance and load testing
- Extremely knowledgeable in automated and Data driven testing
- Able to provide leadership, participate and be a productive member of the team
- English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication
