- A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an Agile development environment.
- At least 3 years of automation experience using tools such as QTP or QC.
- At least 2 years of experience with HP Application Lifecycle Management (HP/ALM).
- Experience working with user stories and defining specific acceptance test conditions.
- Experience working with onshore and offshore teams.
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, including functional and non-functional testing phases.
- Experience testing web applications.

- Work with database administrators and developers to identify and carry out appropriate performance and load testing.
- Provide leadership and participate as a productive member of the team.
- Mobile application testing experience.
