For any autofill and extension related issues you can report directly from the extension or from the Simplify platform.
Direct from Extension
- Open the extension menu by clicking on the pinned Simplify icon on your browser. See the demo page if you need help pinning the extension. Click the flag icon on the top right to open the reporting page.
- You will then be redirected to report form with any available information prefilled based on your current tab. Fill out the form and leave your email so we can contact you about the issue. If this isn’t available to you you can also use the airtable form.

On Simplify Dashboard
- In the bottom of the Simplify side navigation bar click on the arrow next to your name to open the settings menu. Click on the “Report Issues” option.
- The report popup will appear and you’ll be able to submit any extension related issues.
