Jones joins Chervon from Techtronic Industries (TTI)/Milwaukee, where she most recently served as Divisional Sales Manager, overseeing a team of 140 field sales representatives responsible for retail store coverage. In her new position, Jones will report to Thomas Kentouris, Vice President of Field Sales, and lead the development of operational infrastructure supporting Chervon's national field sales network. Her responsibilities will include establishing sales support systems, implementing technology platforms and developing performance measurement and control processes designed to improve field sales execution. The appointment comes as Chervon works to strengthen its retail sales organization and expand its presence across the power tools and outdoor power equipment markets. Jones brings experience in managing large field sales teams, coordinating retail store coverage and overseeing sales operations across multiple territories. At TTI/Milwaukee, she managed field sales activities in Texas, a region characterized by strong growth during her tenure. Her responsibilities included directing a 140-person field sales organization and supporting store-level sales execution across the territory. Earlier in her career, Jones held a series of positions in store coverage and sales management throughout the southeastern United States. That experience provided a foundation in retail operations, field team leadership and sales performance management. At Chervon, Jones will focus on developing the systems and processes needed to support the company's expanding field sales organization. The role will involve building a technology-enabled operational framework to help coordinate sales activities, monitor performance and strengthen execution across the national retail network. "Maggie is best described as an overachieving superstar," Kentouris said. Her appointment adds operational leadership experience to Chervon's sales management team, particularly in the areas of workforce coordination, performance measurement and retail store coverage. "I cannot wait to get started supporting Chervon's vision of industry leadership," Jones said. Jones earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Appalachian State University, graduating cum laude. Through its EGO, FLEX, SKIL and DEVON brands, Chervon provides products for industrial, professional and consumer applications worldwide. At Chervon, Clary will focus on building a strong field sales organization across the Southern Division while improving the company's merchandising and promotional presence at the store level. The role includes developing sales capabilities and coordinating retail execution to support Chervon's broader commercial objectives. "Parker's exceptional sales and sales management skills will help us deliver our bold growth targets," Kentouris said. "He is a high-potential talent with a bright future ahead at Chervon." The appointment adds field sales and key account management experience to Chervon's leadership team as the company continues expanding its presence in the power tools and outdoor power equipment markets. Chervon appoints Krystle Adams Director of Sales Recruiting to lead national campus hiring. October 19, 2026 Krystle Adams Chervon North America, a global power tools and outdoor power equipment company, has appointed Krystle Adams as Director of Sales Recruiting, effective October 19, 2026, as the company prepares to expand its national sales organization. Adams brings more than nine years of experience in sales leadership, recruitment operations and campus hiring at Techtronic Industries (TTI). She will report to Matt DeFeo, Senior Vice President of Sales, Training and Recruiting at Chervon. In her new role, Adams will lead the development and implementation of Chervon's campus recruiting system, with an emphasis on attracting recent college graduates to support the company's planned sales force expansion. The appointment reflects Chervon's strategy to strengthen its talent acquisition capabilities and establish a recruitment pipeline for its growing sales organization. Adams most recently served as National Recruiting Operations Manager at TTI, where she was responsible for coordinating and implementing recruiting initiatives across college campuses nationwide. Her responsibilities included developing campus recruiting strategies, managing recruitment operations and supporting the identification of candidates for sales positions. She also designed and implemented a national college internship program intended to create opportunities for students to gain professional experience and develop skills relevant to sales careers. Before moving into national recruiting leadership, Adams held several sales and sales management positions at TTI. During that period, she gained experience in field sales operations, customer engagement, team leadership and sales performance management. Her progression from sales representative and sales manager into recruiting leadership provided experience in both the operational requirements of sales organizations and the processes involved in identifying and developing new talent. Chervon expects that combination of experience to support the development of its national recruiting infrastructure. "I feel incredibly fortunate to now have Krystle Adams in place to launch Chervon campus recruiting," DeFeo said. "Krystle is one of the most talented, high potential sales recruiting leaders I have seen over the past 40+ years, and she will have an immediate, significant impact on the results at Chervon." The appointment comes as Chervon seeks to build a larger national sales organization to support its professional tools and outdoor power equipment businesses. A central part of Adams' responsibilities will be establishing a structured campus recruiting program that connects the company with colleges and universities across the United States. Campus recruiting programs can provide manufacturers and sales organizations with access to graduates seeking entry-level opportunities in sales, account management and commercial operations. Such programs often involve relationships with university career centers, student organizations and academic departments, along with recruitment events and internship opportunities. Adams' previous experience managing nationwide campus recruitment efforts is expected to help Chervon develop its own approach to attracting and hiring graduates. The company plans to use the new recruiting system to support significant growth in its sales workforce. "My experience and passion for building world-class campus recruiting systems match perfectly with Chervon's bold plans to build out a national sales organization," Adams said. "I plan to work quickly to implement our new Chervon campus recruiting system and to hire hundreds of high potential, newly-minted college graduates." The proposed hiring initiative represents a substantial expansion of Chervon's early-career talent acquisition efforts. Although Adams outlined plans to recruit hundreds of recent graduates, the company did not disclose an exact hiring target, recruitment timetable or geographic breakdown of the proposed positions. It also did not provide details regarding the number of universities expected to participate in the campus recruiting program. The initiative will be developed under Chervon's sales, training and recruiting leadership structure, bringing recruitment activities into closer alignment with the company's broader commercial objectives. Chervon North America is part of a global business specializing in the research, development, manufacturing, testing, sales and after-sales service of power tools and outdoor power equipment. The company's brand portfolio includes EGO, FLEX, SKIL and DEVON, which serve industrial, professional and consumer markets. Its operations are supported by an integrated business model and international sales and distribution networks. Chervon's product development strategy emphasizes user-focused innovation, including advancements in lithium-ion battery technology, intelligent equipment and digital capabilities. The company is pursuing growth across its power tools and outdoor equipment businesses while investing in the sales capabilities needed to support its products and distribution channels. Recruiting and developing new sales professionals forms part of that expansion strategy. For companies operating in competitive equipment markets, field sales teams can play an important role in supporting retail partners, developing customer relationships and increasing awareness of new products. A national recruiting program can also provide a consistent approach to identifying candidates and preparing them for sales responsibilities. Adams' background at TTI includes experience working within an established power tools organization, giving her familiarity with the skills and training requirements associated with professional tool sales. Her previous recruiting responsibilities also involved coordinating activities across multiple campuses, an area directly relevant to Chervon's planned national program. In addition to attracting graduates, the company's broader recruitment strategy is expected to require coordination between hiring, training and field sales leadership. Adams will work within the organization led by DeFeo, whose responsibilities encompass sales, training and recruiting. This reporting structure is intended to support the alignment of talent acquisition with the company's sales development priorities. Adams holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Marketing from the University of California, Riverside. Her appointment adds an executive with experience in sales operations, recruiting management and early-career talent development to Chervon's commercial leadership team. Chervon did not announce additional changes to its recruiting leadership or disclose the financial investment associated with the new campus hiring initiative. The company also did not specify when its first group of recruits under the new program is expected to begin work. With Adams leading sales recruiting, Chervon intends to establish a national campus recruitment infrastructure capable of supporting its planned workforce expansion. The appointment marks a step in the company's effort to build a larger sales organization and strengthen its commercial capabilities across the North American power tools and outdoor power equipment markets.

Will Flex and Skil thrive under new leadership? If you buy something through its links, ToolGuyd might earn an affiliate commission. Discover more Power Tools Flex seems dead in the water, after being ejected from Lowe's stores. Skil, which was also ejected from Lowe's stores, just launched a couple of cordless power tool "innovations" that I think miss the mark. In my opinion, both are excellent tool brands facing rough times. There are tools I don't like, but the engineering and design intent is often sound. Their parent company, Chervon, makes so much more than just what you see in Flex and Skil's cordless lineups. They aren't good at what they do, they're great at it. There's also EGO, which is a household name in cordless outdoor power tools. So what's the problem? Why have Flex and Skil both slumped? Amazon had a like of their Denali-branded cordless power tools, and they were compatible with Skil's battery system. What happened to that? Amazon erased it all, as if the tools never existed. Skil has a line of modular tool boxes. Where can you find them? Wholesale clubs, although it seems not at the moment. These brands are Olympic swimmers in a river pushing against them. They're doing everything right product-wise, and I say this despite my criticisms for specific tool launches, but the current persists. So how can they gain ground? As a reader pointed out in a comment earlier today, the head of Skil and Flex's parent company, Chervon Founder Mr. Longquan Pan is transitioning out of his role of CEO. The new CEO will be Joseph Galli Jr., former head of TTI (2008 - 2024). Under Mr. Galli's leadership, Milwaukee Tool, Ryobi, and others are incredibly popular tool brands. Mr. Pan will continue to serve as Executive Director and Chairman of the Board. Chervon is a publicly-traded company. Changes in leadership sometimes do more for investor optics than day to day operations or strategy. But there is no denying that Mr. Galli knows how to build both tool brands and leaders. From what I've seen, I don't think that Flex or Skil are doing things wrong from a product perspective. They pivoted several times, with appropriate strategic flexibility. Also from what I've seen, that didn't help. I don't think that Mr. Galli will automagically turn Flex into a company that can compete head to head with Milwaukee Tool, or Skil into a company that can take on Ryobi. But I am optimistic that he can steer Chervon and its tool brands in a better direction. Under Mr. Pan, Chervon is an excellent cordless power tool brand. Their brands are highly capable. But Chervon specializes in B2B. Do you remember the Craftsman AutoHammer? That was a Chervon product. So was the HammerHead tool that didn't seem to sell well at Lowe's stores over 10 year ago. Skil has one too - see It's Cordless Hammer Time - but it doesn't seem to have gotten the same attention as the Sears Craftsman version from so long ago. Hopefully Mr. Galli comes in and turns things around. I have seen what Mr. Pan has grown Chervon and its brands into. I think that Mr. Pan and Mr. Galli are going to be an unstoppable force, with complementary experiences and leadership outcomes. There's also the question of whether Mr. Galli will prompt for leadership changes and bring in new people. Milwaukee Tool turned things around with Mr. Galli at the head of TTI, although he certainly wasn't alone. Can one person turn things around and overcome the tool brands' inherent weaknesses on their own? I think the next couple of years will be very interesting. There is no telling what kind of impact Mr. Galli will have on Flex and Skil operations in the USA, but I'm willing to bet the outcome will be positive.
