Overview

AFM-EPF manages a retirement plan that provides pension and related benefits to Covered Employees and their Beneficiaries under the Plan. The pension is funded and administered through a Trust and the Plan, in accordance with the Trust Agreement and applicable law, financed by contributions and investments. Benefits are paid as retirement income to retirees and beneficiaries, supported by the Fund’s investment and administrative processes. Its structure is tied to the American Federation of Musicians and Employers, using a defined Trust/Plan framework rather than generic pension services, with the goal of reliably delivering retirement benefits while keeping the Trust and Plan financially healthy for the long term.
