Overview
Accretive Technology Group builds and maintains streaming, web-based video chat systems. Its products enable real-time video communication through a browser-based platform, designed for teams to work on long-term projects and expand their services. The company differentiates itself by prioritizing smart, motivated problem-solvers over past job titles, offering team-based work on clearly defined challenges with the freedom to contribute and learn. It emphasizes collaborative, problem-driven roles, not the job title you held elsewhere, and supports employees with strong benefits, a profit-sharing plan with no vesting. The goal is to attract top technical talent to grow and improve its streaming video chat capabilities for ongoing customer needs.
