Activate Group, a UK accident management services provider, has acquired Avant Group, a collision repair specialist. The acquisition includes Avant's brands: Avant Consult, Avant Repair Network, and Bodynet. This merger enhances Activate's claims and repair management capabilities and adds Avant's manufacturer paint and body programs. Avant's leadership will remain, with Mark Johnstone joining Activate's Executive Team as Managing Director of Avant Group.
