Residents access a private, secure network with VLAN-based privacy and per-user encryption, usable across apartments and common spaces without individual routers. Property owners retain most of the internet revenue, with options like AerPays that enable no-capital, flat-monthly payments. The platform acts as a Digital Foundation for the building’s tech stack, supporting smart devices and services, and can retrofit existing properties, integrate into new builds, or take over current infrastructure.
