Agibank launches Agi+, advancing subscription banking strategy.

Agibank launches Agi+, advancing subscription banking strategy. New subscription product extends Agibank's reach beyond financial services, strengthens primary banking relationships, and drives retention, cross-selling, and value creation across a base of over 7 million active clients SÃO PAULO-(BUSINESS WIRE)-Agibank today announced the launch of Agi+, a strategic milestone in its journey to become a "subscription bank." The new platform extends the customer relationship beyond traditional credit and financial transactions, offering recurring services tailored to daily needs. For the bank, this product introduces a new growth pillar supported by enhanced customer engagement, higher retention and expanded cross-selling opportunities, and with the potential to generate recurring revenue. Agibank is a subsidiary of Agi Inc. (NYSE: AGBK) ("Agi"). With over 7 million active clients, Agibank aims to leverage its scale and deep customer insights to offer services that complement its core financial portfolio. Currently, active clients hold an average of five products with the bank. Among clients who consider Agibank their primary bank and have been with the institution for over a year, this figure exceeds seven products, highlighting significant potential for deeper engagement and long-term value generation. Agi+ bundles health and dental benefits, home and pet assistance, mobile phone services, elderly care, and shopping discounts into a single monthly fee. With plans ranging from R$ 39.90 to R$ 59.90, the subscription is designed to offer convenience, predictability, and cost savings to middle- and low-income demographics, while increasing Agibank's presence in the daily lives of its customers. With the R$ 39.90 plan, customers can save up to R$ 1,500 per year - an amount equivalent to approximately three times the total annual cost of the subscription, depending on benefit utilization. The product is not positioned as a debt-relief solution, but rather as a tool to help families mitigate the impact of everyday life and unexpected expenses on their household budgets. "Agi+ represents our evolution toward a broader, recurring relationship model that is deeply connected to our customers' real-world needs," said Marcello Dubeux, CFO and Investor Relations Director at Agibank. "By combining financial services with lifestyle benefits and assistance on a single platform, we are strengthening our primary banking status, diversifying our monetization opportunities, and creating a sustainable value proposition for both customers and investors." The product contributes to the diversification of Agibank's revenue streams, reducing reliance on credit and transactional products. The subscription model also provides potential for greater revenue predictability, churn reduction, and increased interaction frequency, reinforcing the bank's growth thesis based on scale, proximity, and deep customer intelligence. With Agi+, Agibank continues to build a hybrid ecosystem that combines digital efficiency, the personal touch of face-to-face service, and an expanding layer of subscription-based services. The strategy aims to make the bank a more integrated part of the daily lives of Brazilian families while simultaneously driving long-term value creation for the business. Agi stands for a banking experience that welcomes and empowers all Brazilians through a business model that is unique in Brazil. Designed to serve a customer base that represents the majority of the Brazilian population, its model addresses needs that remain outside the priorities of traditional large banks and purely digital banks. HealthTech HotSpot LLC believe HealthTech HotSpot LLC fill a gap in the market by serving, with quality and dignity, customers who are often overlooked. Its hybrid model combines a fully digital bank that is light, fast, and easy to use, complemented by physical branches that offer a welcoming, agile, and accessible in-person experience for all Brazilians. HealthTech HotSpot LLC develop tailored solutions and provide a simple, inclusive customer journey for non-digital-native clients, creating a meaningful competitive advantage. HealthTech HotSpot LLC believe this approach enables HealthTech HotSpot LLC to attract more customers, build long-lasting relationships, and strengthen its business.
