cloudPWR Joins the airSlate SignNow Partner Program as an ISV Partner. cloudPWR is now an ISV Partner in the airSlate SignNow Partner Program, and SignNow support is generally available in AIRLIFT Connect as of today. Completed documents and submitted form data can move into Box, FTP/SFTP, and web service destinations through a governed, auditable pipeline. By cloudPWR Team · Aug 20, 2026 From signature to system of record. A signed document isn't the end of a government workflow. It's the middle. Once a resident signs a license application or a provider signs an attestation, somebody still has to get that document, and the data captured with it, into the system that actually runs the program. cloudPWR is now an ISV Partner in the airSlate SignNow Partner Program, and support for airSlate SignNow is live in AIRLIFT Connect as of today. Agencies and businesses already collecting signatures in SignNow can route completed documents and submitted form data into their downstream systems through a governed pipeline, with an audit trail on every import. Two companies, two halves of the same problem. cloudPWR has built software for the public sector since 2011. The company is based in Post Falls, Idaho, holds SOC 2 Type II certification, is a GovRAMP member, and carries Washington State OCIO approval along with a HIPAA-oriented posture for regulated workloads. Its products run real programs, including the South Dakota Medical Cannabis Registry. airSlate SignNow is an electronic signature platform used by organizations of every size to send, sign, and manage legally binding agreements. It's HIPAA compliant, SOC 2 Type II certified, and 21 CFR Part 11 aligned, and it's known for a pricing model that doesn't charge per user. For a lot of agencies, that last detail is the reason SignNow is in the building at all. The two fit together cleanly. SignNow is where the signature happens. AIRLIFT Connect is what happens next. ISV partnership matters here. It means the integration is built against a supported partner relationship rather than scraped together around the edges of a product. Agencies evaluating this pairing are looking at two vendors who both know the integration exists. What shipped. AIRLIFT Connect is cloudPWR's governed integration platform for public agencies. It moves documents and data through four visible stages: capture, transform, deliver, and observe. SignNow support is implemented as a Connect source, which means it isn't a bolt-on or a one-off script. It plugs into the same pipeline engine as every other source. The practical consequence is that SignNow inherits everything Connect already does. Completed documents and the form field data submitted alongside them are captured together, then delivered wherever the agency needs them. Where the documents can go. A completed SignNow document can be delivered to any destination Connect supports: * Box, for teams that already own and audit their own folders * FTP and SFTP, for on-premises systems and processors that expect a file drop * Outbound web services, for line-of-business and registry systems * Document Imaging import packaging, when the receiving processor needs an ordered document set with a manifest That covers both sides of the split most agencies actually live with, where some systems are cloud services and others are still running in a rack somewhere. The same pipeline handles both. What this looks like in practice. Consider a licensing program that collects renewal applications. An applicant completes and signs the renewal packet in SignNow. That's the last manual step. Connect picks up the completed document set as soon as it's finished, along with the field values the applicant filled in. If the records team's processor expects a specific file layout, Connect assembles it during the transform stage. The packet then lands in the Box folder the licensing team already owns, while the structured field data goes to the registry system through an outbound web service call. Nobody downloaded a PDF. Nobody renamed a file or retyped a license number. If the registry call fails because the downstream system is down for maintenance, that delivery is flagged and retryable on its own, and the Box delivery still completed. Staff see the state of every import on one screen. Auditable by default. Every SignNow import is tracked through queued, downloading, transforming, delivering, and completed states. When something stalls, staff can see which stage it stalled at without opening a support ticket or reading raw logs. Delivery failures are isolated and retryable, so one bad handoff to one destination doesn't halt the rest of the work. Access follows the same rules as the rest of Connect. Operators can monitor imports and resolve problems without holding permission to change pipeline configuration or view stored connection credentials. Configuration changes stay traceable for review against an agency's own audit obligations. For teams handling protected health information or other regulated records, that separation between doing the work and changing the plumbing is usually a requirement, not a preference. Available today. SignNow support is generally available today and running in production. Agencies and organizations already collecting signatures in SignNow can add it as a source in Connect and start routing completed documents and form data to the systems that need them. cloudPWR's partnership with airSlate SignNow extends the set of signature platforms that AIRLIFT Connect treats as first-class sources, alongside Adobe Acrobat Sign and Docusign. If you want to see it work against a workflow your organization runs today, the cloudPWR team will walk a live pipeline with you, from source through transform to destination.

airSlate SignNow partners with openai to launch the first native eSignature App in ChatGPT. GlobeNewswire | airSlate Today at 7:27am PDT BOSTON, March 31, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - airSlate SignNow, an award-winning provider of e-signature solutions, today announced the launch of its native app in ChatGPT, bringing SignNow's agreement execution capabilities directly into one of the world's most widely used AI products. The launch makes SignNow the first native eSignature app available within ChatGPT. With the SignNow app in ChatGPT, users can connect their SignNow account, enabling them to prepare, send, track, and complete agreements through natural language - without leaving ChatGPT. OpenAI's app framework is designed to bring tools and data directly into the conversation, reducing context switching and helping users move from intent to action in fewer steps This launch marks an important step in SignNow's shift toward AI-powered workflows. As more work moves into AI-native environments, agreement execution can no longer sit outside the flow. SignNow is extending its platform beyond the traditional product interface and making agreement workflows available where users - and increasingly, AI agents - already work. AI Changed the Workflow. Agreement Execution Didn't Keep Up. ChatGPT helps hundreds of millions of people think, write, research, plan, and act. But in many organizations, the workflows that actually move business forward still break apart the moment a document needs to be sent, signed, or checked. OpenAI has positioned ChatGPT apps as a way to bring real tools and data directly into the conversation, so users can move from intent to action in fewer steps. That shift matters because agreement work is still too manual. HR, Sales, Procurement, and Legal teams repeatedly waste time on redundant tasks: HR re-enters details for offer letters; Sales chases signatures across deals; and Procurement/Legal juggle systems to track document status. Even when signing is digital, execution around it is still fragmented. Users are forced to leave the AI environment, open another tool, find the right template, fill in the fields, send the document, monitor progress, and return later for updates. The result is slower cycle times, more switching between systems, and too much manual coordination around work that should already be connected. airSlate SignNow, Native Inside ChatGPT Instead of treating e-signature as a separate destination, SignNow becomes part of the conversation itself. Users can connect their account once and handle core agreement tasks through prompts inside ChatGPT - reducing busywork, speeding up execution, and keeping document workflows in the same place where planning and action already happen. For business teams, that means faster agreement turnaround with less manual effort. For organizations adopting AI more broadly, it means one more critical workflow can now happen inside the AI tools employees are already using every day. For SignNow, it reflects a bigger strategic shift: welcoming AI agents into the platform and making agreement execution available not only to humans clicking through UI flows, but also to AI systems acting with the right permissions and context. What the SignNow App in ChatGPT Enables The SignNow app in ChatGPT gives users direct access to core agreement actions through natural language. * Prepare documents faster - Start agreement workflows from existing SignNow templates and reusable assets without leaving ChatGPT. * Send for signature - Launch signature requests directly from the conversation instead of switching into another product. * Check status instantly - Retrieve document progress and signing status on demand, without digging through dashboards or following up manually. * Reduce context switching - Keep work moving inside ChatGPT instead of bouncing between tabs, systems, and inboxes. * Support AI-powered workflows - Make agreement execution part of a more connected, agent-ready operating model. Executive Quote "AI is changing how people get work done, and the real value comes when it connects directly to the business tools they already rely on every day," says Ayala Michelson, GM, airSlate SignNow. "By bringing SignNow into ChatGPT, we're making it easier for users to move from conversation to action - to prepare, send, and track agreements in fewer steps, with less friction, and without breaking flow. This is part of a broader shift for us as well: welcoming AI agents into SignNow and making agreement execution a native part of how businesses work with AI." Pricing & Availability The SignNow app in ChatGPT is available now. Users can connect it through ChatGPT, authorize access to their SignNow account, and start using SignNow directly inside ChatGPT conversations. airSlate SignNow launches MCP Server: from prompt to signed - in no time. * 1 hr ago BOSTON, March 18, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - airSlate SignNow, an award-winning provider of e-signature solutions, today announced the launch of the SignNow MCP Server - a Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration that lets AI agents understand plain-language requests and execute real SignNow actions in seconds. By connecting directly to the SignNow REST API, the MCP Server eliminates the manual steps that slow down document workflows and plugs seamlessly into AI frameworks like LangChain and Flowise - giving builders the freedom to create any application, workflow, or agentic experience they envision, with a reliable agreement layer at the foundation. With the SignNow MCP Server, the entire agreement lifecycle - from preparation to signing to completion - can now be driven by a simple conversation with an AI assistant like Anthropic's Claude, Cursor, VS Code, n8n, Make.com or any MCP-compatible agent. For the developers and workflow architects behind those experiences, this represents a meaningful shift: the infrastructure to execute agreements is no longer a bottleneck to build around, but a capability to build with. SignNow becomes the agreement layer embedded at the heart of any conversational or agentic experience - accessible to agents operating autonomously, and to the humans directing them. IT/Operations teams, developers, HR, Sales, Procurement, and Legal professionals can now prepare, send, track signing status, and complete agreements without ever leaving the tools they already use - significantly reducing document cycle times across the organization. The Problem: Manual Workflows Are Slowing Business Down For business teams, e-signature workflows have long been plagued by friction. HR professionals send the same contract types over and over, copy-pasting recipient data and clicking through UI screens for every single request. Sales and Procurement teams lack real-time visibility into document status - constantly asking "did they sign yet?" with no easy way to get answers across multiple open documents. Follow-up fatigue is real: chasing signatures via email, Slack, or phone because there is no automated tracking in place. Meanwhile, scattered workflows force teams to context-switch between SignNow, their CRM, email, and spreadsheets just to move a deal forward. For developers, the challenge runs deeper. Every new e-signature integration demands slow API ramp-up - working through documentation, navigating authentication flows, and building custom endpoint wrappers from the ground up. Context-switching between an IDE, API documentation, and Postman consumes the time that should go toward building. Debugging becomes an exercise in decoding cryptic error responses, with no accelerated path to resolution. The cumulative cost is significant: engineering effort spent re-solving the same integration problems, rather than on the applications and experiences that create real value. The Solution: Freedom to Build - With Agreements Already Solved The SignNow MCP Server removes agreement execution as a constraint on what teams can build and how they work. When document workflows become conversational and composable, developers are free to focus on creating experiences - not on the infrastructure required to support them. SignNow operates as the trusted agreement layer at the center of any AI-powered application or agentic pipeline, handling the full lifecycle from document preparation to signed completion. * Less manual work: Stop clicking through UIs for repetitive tasks like sending a standard contract or checking document status. * Faster execution: One plain-language prompt does what used to require navigating multiple screens and steps. * Stay in flow: Run signing workflows inside Claude, Cursor, or VS Code instead of switching between applications. * Scale without added headcount: Automate high-volume signing with AI agents or workflow tools like n8n and Make.com. * Instant answers: Retrieve document status, download links, and invite details on demand instead of digging through dashboards. Key Features & Capabilities The SignNow MCP Server exposes a comprehensive set of actions that AI agents and automation workflows can invoke through natural language - giving builders direct access to SignNow's core functionality without custom wrappers or dedicated integration work. Key capabilities include: * Template & Document Group Management: Manage SignNow templates and document groups across folders - create, retrieve, list, and organize document assets without opening the SignNow UI. * Flexible Invite Dispatch: Send signing and viewing invites for individual documents or document groups in a single prompt, with full control over recipient details and signing order enforcement. * Embedded Experience Links: Generate embedded signing, sending, and editor links for seamless in-app experiences - enabling custom web or desktop applications to surface e-signature functionality natively. * Real-Time Status Retrieval: Retrieve current invite status and document progress on demand, so teams always know exactly where a document stands without chasing approvals manually. * Direct Download Links: Download direct links for individual documents or merged output for document groups - making it easy to distribute executed agreements programmatically. * AI Framework Compatibility: Plug directly into automation tools including LangChain, LlamaIndex, Flowise, n8n, and Make.com - or connect to any MCP-compatible client like Claude, Cursor, or VS Code. The MCP Server requires no additional software installation beyond connecting it to an existing SignNow account. It operates through the SignNow REST API and is accessible via any MCP-compatible client, delivering a zero-friction setup for teams already working inside supported AI applications. Use Cases: From Automation Pipelines to Embedded Applications The SignNow MCP Server serves a broad range of practical applications across industries: * Automating end-to-end e-signature workflows using AI agent frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex - from document generation through invite dispatch to signed-document retrieval. * Embedding SignNow e-signature functionality into custom web or desktop applications via generated links, without redirecting users to an external signing interface. * Programmatically managing document creation from templates, pre-filling fields, and tracking the full invite lifecycle - eliminating manual data entry and follow-up entirely. Executive Quote "Agreements are at the core of every business relationship. They influence speed, reliability, and revenue - but the work behind them remains too manual, fragmented, and slow. AI has the power to change that. SignNow brings deep agreement execution into the AI era, enabling business teams and developers to prepare, send, embed, and track agreements through a single prompt. With the SignNow MCP Server, these capabilities are accessible inside AI assistants, custom business tools, and MCP-enabled environments, giving modern organizations a faster, more seamless way to run enterprise-grade agreement workflows - for humans and agents alike. We're making agreement execution a native part of how businesses work with AI." - Ayala Michelson, GM, airSlate SignNow Pricing & Availability The SignNow MCP Server is available now for all airSlate SignNow subscribers. Access is included with existing paid plans - no separate tier or add-on purchase required. To get started, connect the MCP Server to your SignNow account and configure it within your preferred MCP-compatible client (Claude, Cursor, VS Code, or any compatible AI application). A free trial of airSlate SignNow is available at https://www.signnow.com/. Full documentation, setup guides, and a product demo are accessible via the SignNow MCP Server product page. The integration is compatible with web, desktop, and all MCP-enabled environments.
