Verbrec acquires Alliance Automation, expanding digital and automation capability. Verbrec Limited (ASX: VBC) has signed an agreement to acquire Alliance Automation Pty Ltd from Telstra for $5.5 million up-front cash consideration, representing a five-times multiple of FY2025 EBITDA. This acquisition marks a major expansion in scale and capability for Verbrec, strengthening its position as a leading provider of integrated engineering and asset lifecycle solutions. The transaction materially enhances Verbrec's automation, controls, digital industry, cyber security, and machine learning expertise, while creating growth opportunities across shared and new clients. Alliance Automation generated $62 million in revenue in FY2025, and the combined business is expected to increase Verbrec's revenue by over 70%, forming a group of approximately 700 team members across 18 locations in Australia and New Zealand.
