The system unites loan notice capture, investment accounting, cash reconciliation, and general ledger connectivity on a single credit-native platform. According to Allvue's 2026 GP Outlook Survey, whilst 87% of private capital firms use AI for investment due diligence, only 3% apply it to reconciliation work. Some 70% of operations teams cite manual work and Excel dependence as their top technology challenge. The new platform includes AI-driven loan notice capture, automated cash reconciliation that cuts reconciliation time by up to 75%, and integrated general ledger connectivity. Allvue launches GP Accounting to unify fund and firm economics for private capital managers

Allvue Systems has launched GP Accounting, a solution designed to manage fund and general partner entity economics for private capital markets. The integrated platform connects Allvue's Fund Accounting with FirmView Carry and Compensation Management, addressing operational gaps in partner capital tracking, carried interest allocations, and GP-level financial reporting. The solution replaces spreadsheet-based systems that many firms currently use. According to Allvue's 2026 survey, only 11% of firms believe their carry administration is ahead of peers, whilst 58% still primarily use Excel for carry administration. GP Accounting offers structured GP capital account tracking, audit-ready financial statements, carried interest allocation tracking, and incentive plan modelling. The platform provides automated two-way synchronisation between fund and GP entity data, eliminating manual reconciliation. The solution is available now to existing and new Allvue clients. Allvue serves over 1,000 firms managing more than $10 trillion in assets globally.

Allvue launches GP Accounting solution to unify fund and firm economics.

Allvue launches GP Accounting solution to unify fund and firm economics. An integrated solution connecting FirmView and Fund Accounting to give private capital firms structured control over partner allocations, carried interest, and GP-level financial operations NEW YORK-(BUSINESS WIRE)-Allvue Systems, LLC ("Allvue"), a leading technology provider for the private capital markets, today launched GP Accounting, a purpose-built integrated solution designed to manage fund and General Partner (GP) entity economics. As the latest expansion of Allvue's Intelligent Financial Operations, GP Accounting natively integrates Fund Accounting with FirmView Carry and Compensation Management to deliver structured tracking of partner capital, carried interest, incentive compensation, and GP-level financial reporting, addressing a long-standing operational gap for GPs and management companies. "Private markets have invested heavily in institutionalizing fund accounting, but their own internal economics have remained fragmented," said Ivan Latanision, Chief Product Officer at Allvue Systems. Share Most private capital firms still manage GP entity accounting through spreadsheets or off-the-shelf accounting software, which do not support partner capital tracking, carried interest allocations, or complex GP entity economics. "Private markets have invested heavily in institutionalizing fund accounting, but their own internal economics have remained fragmented," said Ivan Latanision, Chief Product Officer at Allvue Systems. "GP Accounting changes that. It gives firms structured control over partner allocations, carried interest, and incentive compensation, without forcing fund accountants and GP accountants into the same workflows." "GP entity economics have always lived in a parallel system, disconnected from fund operations and difficult to scale," said Richard Change, Head of FirmView at Allvue. "By connecting FirmView and Fund Accounting, we're giving firms a financial architecture that reflects how compensation, carry, and ownership actually evolve. It reduces friction, improves transparency, and replaces the spreadsheets that have quietly become mission-critical." GP Accounting connects Allvue's FirmView and Fund Accounting platforms in a fully synced, two-way workflow. Changes in investor allocations or ownership structures update automatically across both systems, eliminating manual reconciliation and providing a unified view of fund and GP entity data. This innovation comes at a time when many firms recognize their carry administration is suboptimal. Allvue's 2026 Compensation & Carry Management Survey found that only 11% of firms believe their carry administration is ahead of peers. FirmView is uniquely positioned to help firms effectively align their compensation plans to their firm economics to increase payout transparency and reduce the risk of employee churn. It is a direct response to market needs highlighted in the survey: * 46% of respondents cite rising expectations among talent for greater communication and transparency. * Firms report struggling to deliver programs effectively. Carry administration is still primarily done in Excel (58%). Looking ahead, growth in carry participation is expected to be the greatest challenge (49%), followed by difficulty forecasting outcomes (42%). GP Accounting solution capabilities include: Available with Fund Accounting: * Structured GP Capital Account Tracking: Maintain accurate, audit-ready partner capital balances across GP entities with consistent, system-driven updates. * Audit-Ready GP-Level Financial Statements: Generate clear financial statements with full visibility into GP-level economics, reducing quarterly close timelines and audit preparation work. Available with FirmView: * Carried Interest Allocation Tracking: Monitor and allocate carried interest through structured workflows that eliminate shadow spreadsheets and reduce manual reconciliation. * Incentive plan Modelling and Reporting: Model incentive compensation using live financial results, aligning HR planning with actual GP economics. * Support for Complex Tax Allocations: Manage multi-entity and multi-partner tax allocations within a single integrated framework. Collectively, these capabilities are designed to replace the fragmented workflows that have long made GP economics difficult to manage and scale. Availability: GP Accounting is available now to existing and new Allvue clients. To learn more about the GP Accounting integrated solution, visit www.allvuesystems.com. For more insights and to access Allvue's 2026 Alternatives Compensation & Carry Survey report, download it here. Allvue's launch of GP Accounting builds on its acquisition of PFA Solutions, creator of FirmView(R), the market-leading compensation and carried interest platform. The acquisition laid the foundation to connect FirmView with Fund Accounting for the first time, unifying fund and GP economics in a single workflow and giving CFOs a single source of truth for partner allocations, carried interest, compensation modelling and GP entity financials. Hyperlayer appoints Shantanu Lodh as Head of AI as banks look to scale AI beyond experimentation.

Hyperlayer appoints Shantanu Lodh as Head of AI as banks look to scale AI beyond experimentation. Hyperlayer, the intelligent banking platform building the financial control layer for the agentic economy, today announces the appointment of Shantanu Lodh as Head of AI. Bringing more than 20 years of experience building data and AI platforms across regulated financial services and technology, Lodh will lead Hyperlayer's AI strategy and technical delivery. Lodh joins as banks look to move AI beyond isolated experimentation and into governed, operational use. Banks included in the Evident AI Index reported nearly 50% more AI use cases in 2025, reflecting growing momentum around deployment while questions of governance, infrastructure and measurable returns remain unresolved. Lodh was previously at Allvue Systems, where he was Head of AI Architecture and established the AI Platform Team launching agentic AI customer solutions for document processing and private equity workflows, and was previously Director of Engineering at The Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU). He spent three and a half years at Shawbrook Bank, latterly as Director of Data Platforms leading the bank's entire data platform, having built out its data engineering and data science function. Before that he was Global Head of Data Science at Bottomline Technologies. An economist by training, he holds a First in Economics from the University of Cambridge and an MPhil in Economics from the University of Oxford. Shantanu Lodh, Head of AI at Hyperlayer, said "What drew me to Hyperlayer is that it treats AI as an engineering and governance discipline, not a headline. The interesting work in banking now is beneath the model, building systems that can take an instruction and turn it into a financial action that is safe, explainable and holds up under scrutiny. That is a genuinely hard problem, and Hyperlayer is further into solving it in production than any other solution I've seen." Hyperlayer's platform sits above banks' existing core systems, enabling it to turn existing accounts into programmable, agent-ready products without core replacement. Lodh will focus on strengthening the intelligence that allows the platform to interpret customer and AI-agent intent while applying the necessary rules, permissions, fraud controls and audit trail to each action. Rob Rooney, CEO and co-founder of Hyperlayer, said "The real challenge is turning what a customer or an agent asks for into a financial action that stands up to a regulator. That is a data, architecture and governance problem, and Shan has spent his career solving exactly that kind of problem inside real banks rather than in a lab. He knows what it takes to make AI trustworthy where the money actually moves, which is precisely what our clients need as they scale AI beyond experimentation." Hyperlayer's agentic capabilities are developing the authorisation and control infrastructure banks will need as agent-initiated transactions move from an edge case towards more common adoption, helping banks create smarter products while retaining oversight and accountability for every action.

Allvue Debuts Benchmarks Built From Private Credit Deal Data.

Allvue Debuts Benchmarks Built From Private Credit Deal Data. Allvue Debuts OneVue With the Launch of Portfolio Intelligence and Deal Analytics - the Industry's First Benchmarks Built From Private Credit Deal Data New capabilities give private credit GPs an AI-powered portfolio workspace and deal-level market benchmarks built from anonymized, private credit deal data, embedded in the workflow where they already operate Allvue Systems launched Portfolio Intelligence and Deal Analytics on OneVue, its next-generation platform for private capital. The release delivers two capabilities private credit teams have long lacked: a modern, AI-powered workspace for portfolio monitoring built on data they already maintain, and the first private credit benchmarks constructed from actual deal-level data - not public market proxies. Private credit has grown into a $1.7 trillion asset class, yet credit portfolio teams continue to manage it with spreadsheets, manual covenant tracking, and benchmark data sourced from syndicated loan markets that bear little resemblance to the middle-market and direct lending deals on their books. According to the 2026 Allvue GP Outlook Survey, 44% of portfolio managers identify benchmarking datasets as a top technology need, and no single GP holds enough data to construct a statistically meaningful private credit cohort on its own.[1] Portfolio Intelligence gives credit teams a unified workspace for portfolio KPI monitoring, covenant headroom, peer benchmarking, and AI-assisted analysis - built directly on the data already maintained in the Credit Front Office. Andi, Allvue's conversational AI, is embedded throughout, generating borrower snapshots and answering a defined set of questions on portfolio and benchmark data. Deal Analytics addresses a critical transparency gap that has defined private credit since the asset class emerged: the absence of a market benchmark built from actual deal data. Powered by Allvue's proprietary private credit dataset, spanning 150,000+ assets and securities and 200+ KPIs, it lets credit teams compare their own deals against the private credit market on terms, covenants, and borrower financials. The data is first-party, rights-cleared, and anonymized, generated from the operational workflows of contributing firms rather than estimated from public filings or voluntary submissions. Both capabilities debut on OneVue, Allvue's next-generation platform and the delivery environment for analytic and AI capabilities, MCP connectivity, agentic workflows, and product modules. "Private credit has never had a benchmark built from real deal data. Portfolio Intelligence changes that: A GP sees their own book against the market, in the workspace they already use, with value on day one and everything that follows delivered through OneVue." - Dmitri Sedov, Chief Data & Analytics Officer, Allvue Systems Portfolio Intelligence and Deal Analytics are available immediately to a select group of Allvue credit GP clients on Credit Front Office, with no migration and no new implementation required.
