Seacoast Banking Corporation of Florida has appointed three new independent directors to its board and that of its bank subsidiary, Seacoast National Bank. The appointments are part of a board refresh to align with the company's strategic priorities and prepare for anticipated director retirements. The new directors are Michael Griffin, Vice Chairman and Co-Head of Florida at Savills, bringing over 22 years of commercial real estate experience; Kathleen Kay, Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Principal Financial Group, with expertise in cybersecurity and technology risk management; and Randolph Moore, recently retired senior partner from Alston & Bird, who brings extensive legal and corporate governance experience in financial services. Wednesday, March 25, 2026 Alston & Bird has tapped former Food and Drug Administration (FDA) deputy chief counsel Perham Gorji to join its FDA: Compliance & Enforcement Team and Drug & Device practice, as a partner in Washington, D.C., strengthening the firm's ability to handle enforcement matters, internal investigations, and regulatory disputes involving FDA-regulated medical products. Gorji arrives at the firm from DLA Piper.
