Altisource Q1 revenue up 10% to $45.1M as origination jumps 71%

Altisource Portfolio Solutions reported first-quarter service revenue of $45.1 million, up 10% year-over-year, driven by a 71% jump in its Origination segment to $13.7 million from sales wins in Lenders One. The Servicer and Real Estate segment declined 5% to $31.4 million due to a one-time 2025 pricing adjustment and lower renovation volume. Adjusted EBITDA fell $800,000 due to a revenue mix shift towards lower-margin origination business. However, GAAP pre-tax income improved to $400,000 from a $4.5 million loss the previous year, primarily due to lower interest expenses. Operating cash flow reached $4.5 million, with $30.3 million in unrestricted cash. Hubzu inventory more than tripled to approximately 18,800 assets, with $12.4 million in annualised stabilised service revenue secured this quarter.
