Amadeus IT Group reported Q4 earnings of $0.84 per share, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.76 per share and representing an 11.26% surprise. This compares to $0.76 per share a year ago. Amadeus has acquired travel data analytics firm ForwardKeys, as confirmed on Thursday. ForwardKeys updated its logo to include "An Amadeus company." ForwardKeys, based in Valencia, reported €9.3 million in revenue in 2023, a 1.1% increase from the previous year, with most revenue from international clients.
