Overview

American Baptist Homes of the Midwest is a faith-based nonprofit that runs senior living communities and home care services across the Midwest. Its communities combine independent apartments with assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing, so residents have options as their care needs change. Residents pay monthly rent or a combination of an entrance fee and monthly fees, depending on the community and level of care. Its Crest Services division also runs housing and support services for people with developmental disabilities, and its communities welcome residents regardless of faith. Founded in 1930, the organization is headquartered in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
