AnyMind Group has launched a US arm to help Asian brands expand in the American market. The company says it has supported 15 Asian brands' US expansion over the past seven months. Its initial offerings will include the AnyLive live commerce platform and data and AI tools. Amazon already offers live shopping in the US. A logistics advisory said the US de minimis customs exemption for small parcels was scheduled to end in August 2025. It warned about customs clearance requirements and import costs. Founded in Singapore in 2016, AnyMind had established a presence in 15 markets before entering the US. It listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market in 2023.
AnyMind Group and Alibaba Cloud partner on ai-powered live commerce in Asia. "Live commerce is becoming an intelligent, always-on channel for brands across Asia." AnyMind Group has announced a strategic agreement with Alibaba Cloud to integrate Qwen, a family of large language and multimodal AI models developed by Alibaba, into AnyLive, AnyMind Group's AI-powered live commerce platform. The integration is designed to improve how AnyLive understands customer questions and delivers accurate, contextually relevant responses in real time. Qwen will be added as one of the models within AnyLive's multi-model AI architecture, with its capabilities delivered through AI avatars. Its language understanding capabilities are intended to help AnyLive interpret customer intent, including conversational or ambiguous questions, and generate responses across Asian languages. The integration is also intended to enhance viewer-to-AI-avatar interactions across Asian languages through language fluency, use of honorifics and understanding of local cultural nuances, which AnyMind Group says will enable brands to provide customers with more natural and localized live commerce experiences across the region. "Live commerce is becoming an intelligent, always-on channel for brands across Asia," said Takeshi Kurita, General Manager of Japan and South Korea, Alibaba Cloud. "By bringing Qwen's multilingual and commerce-ready capabilities to AnyLive, we look forward to supporting more localized, responsive and scalable live commerce experiences across the region." "The quality of a live commerce experience depends on how well brands understand customers and respond to their needs in the moment," said Akinori Kubo, Managing Director, Global E-Commerce, AnyMind Group. "Adding Qwen to AnyLive's multi-model stack will strengthen intent analysis and response accuracy across Asian languages, helping brands create live rooms where customers feel understood and can make more informed purchase decisions."
AnyMind will integrate Alibaba's Qwen AI models into AnyLive's multi-model architecture for Asian live commerce. The integration aims to enhance customer interaction by improving the platform's ability to interpret conversational questions and generate natural responses in Asian languages during livestreams. The companies said the addition would improve language fluency, proper use of honorifics, and AI avatars' understanding of local cultural nuances. Financial terms were not disclosed, and no rollout timeline was announced. Qwen is a family of large language and multimodal AI models developed by Alibaba.
AnyMind Group named Premier Partner in Shopify Partner Program. Published on September 18, 2026 AnyMind Group, a Tokyo Stock Exchange-listed BPaaS company, announced it has become a certified Premier Partner in the Shopify Partner Program. The designation follows several years of expanding Shopify-focused work. AnyMind received the "Rising Star Partner of the Year" award at Shopify Partner of the Year 2024 - Japan, and in 2025 the company launched the Commerce DX Project with Shopify Japan to help enterprises there connect ecommerce with physical stores under a "unified commerce" approach. AnyMind supports Shopify merchants through proprietary platform integrations, including AnyLogi, available on the Shopify App Store, alongside broader operational services spanning site creation, marketing, logistics, cross-border expansion and online-to-offline store integration. The company said it has supported more than 200 Shopify store implementations to date. As Premier Partner, AnyMind's stated scope covers five areas: building and maintaining Shopify stores tied to a brand's business strategy and P&L; marketing and data services spanning digital advertising, social, Influencer Marketing, CRM and analytics; post-purchase logistics including warehousing, inventory and fulfillment; cross-border expansion using its regional hubs across Asia; and omnichannel support connecting data and touchpoints across e-commerce and physical retail. The Premier Partner status arrives alongside a separate update to AnyLive, AnyMind's AI live commerce platform. The company said AnyLive can now generate avatars directly from existing video footage, removing the need for dedicated local shoots when brands deploy avatars across markets, and can create digital twins of brand mascots. AnyMind cited regional live commerce growth as context for the update, pointing to a Momentum Works estimate that "content commerce" in Southeast Asia will reach $77.9 billion in 2026, up 57% year-on-year. Founded in 2016, AnyMind Group operates 24 offices across 15 markets. As of June 2026, the company said it served more than 1,500 enterprises for marketing, over 230 for e-commerce, more than 1,600 publishers, and more than 1,100 creators.
AnyMind Group has launched a platform for managing creator livestream campaigns. The new tool enables brands to execute livestream advertising across multiple formats, including video ads, overlays, chat integrations, promotional codes, and product placements. The platform provides analytics tracking key metrics such as impressions, watch time, peak concurrent viewers, and link click-throughs. This allows brands to measure the performance of their livestream campaigns in real-time. The launch reflects growing interest in livestream commerce and influencer marketing. By offering a centralised platform for campaign management and performance tracking, AnyMind aims to simplify the process for brands working with content creators on livestream initiatives.
