Atea has agreed to sell a 51% stake in its Latvian subsidiary AppXite SiA to UK-based Aries Global for up to €10.7 million. Atea will retain 41% of shares on a fully diluted basis following the execution of share sale and option agreements with key employees. AppXite provides a platform for distributing and reselling subscription-based software and IT services. The company is forecast to generate approximately €5 million in IFRS revenue in 2025 with breakeven EBIT. Its customers include Atea and other international software and IT service providers. Atea CEO Steinar Sønsteby said the company looks forward to working with Aries Global to bring AppXite to its next development stage.
