Overview

The April Parker Foundation provides free community programs that empower historically underserved BIPOC communities in Orange and Los Angeles Counties. It funds three pillars—APCares (social support and housing help), APWorks (business training and access to capital), and APHealth (health education and navigation)—delivered at no cost to beneficiaries through donations, pledges, and grants. The foundation also runs specific initiatives like VETS for veterans and youth scholarships and entrepreneurship camps, strengthening housing, economic development, and health equity in the region. Its goal is to remove barriers to equitable access to resources and supportive services to improve health, social, and economic outcomes for its community.
