AsiaVerify named a Category Leader in the Chartis RiskTech Quadrant for KYC Data 2026.

AsiaVerify named a Category Leader in the Chartis RiskTech Quadrant for KYC Data 2026. Independent recognition of AsiaVerify's primary-source registry data across Asia. The company was also recognised in the Chartis RiskTech Quadrant for KYC Solutions, 2026. LONDON, 14 October 2026: AsiaVerify, the corporate verification and risk intelligence layer for organisations operating across Asia, has been named a Category Leader in the Chartis RiskTech Quadrant for KYC Data, 2026. Chartis Research, part of Infopro Digital and a recognised authority on the global risk-technology market, evaluates vendors on two dimensions: completeness of offering and market potential. Category Leader is the highest designation Chartis awards, reserved for vendors demonstrating strength across both. Chartis RiskTech Quadrant reports are among the benchmarks compliance and risk teams rely on when selecting technology partners. Why AsiaVerify. Verifying a business across Asia has long meant navigating fragmented registries, local languages, and ownership structures that resist straightforward review. AsiaVerify connects directly to official government registries in real time, giving global compliance, onboarding and risk teams access to data on more than 450M companies across 14 Asian jurisdictions. In the vendor capability assessment for KYC Data, Chartis rated AsiaVerify's entity relationships and corporate structure at the top tier, with strong scores on negative news and PEPs. Entity relationships and corporate structure are central to establishing who actually controls a business. That is the problem AsiaVerify was built to solve. "Being named a Category Leader in the Chartis RiskTech Quadrant for KYC Data 2026 is strong independent validation of our approach. Live registry data matters, but what counts is what we do with it. Across 14 Asian jurisdictions, we turn that data into ownership intelligence and continuous monitoring, so clients can make fast, informed decisions with confidence." - Leas Bachatene, CEO, AsiaVerify. "AsiaVerify's Category Leader placement in the 2026 RiskTech Quadrant(R) for KYC Data reflects its strong UBO and corporate data coverage in China, as well as its clear expansion strategy targeting additional Asian jurisdictions," said Ahmad Kataf, Vice Principal Research Analyst at Chartis. "Together, these capabilities have strengthened its competitive position in the KYC data market." Looking ahead. AsiaVerify was also recognised in the Chartis RiskTech Quadrant for KYC Solutions, 2026, placed in the Enterprise Solutions quadrant. Today's placements follow the company's inclusion in the Chartis RiskTech100 2026 and a growth investment from Foresight Group announced earlier this year. AsiaVerify will continue investing in deeper registry coverage, stronger data quality and continuous monitoring across Asia. Get in touch. AsiaVerify launches Perpetual KYB: closing the gap between review cycles.

AsiaVerify launches Perpetual KYB: closing the gap between review cycles. AsiaVerify launches Perpetual KYB, an award-winning continuous company monitoring solution that tells compliance teams what changed across APAC registries, not just that something did. Perpetual KYB keeps compliance and risk teams ahead of the registry changes that periodic re-checks miss. London, October 13, 2026 - AsiaVerify, the industry-leading APAC business verification and risk intelligence provider, today launches Perpetual KYB, its award-winning continuous monitoring solution for compliance and risk teams managing company portfolios across Asia-Pacific. Perpetual KYB monitors live official registry data across nine APAC markets and sends a categorised alert whenever a supported registry change is detected. Teams know what type of change occurred, and can act on it before their next scheduled review. "The next era of compliance won't be defined by how thoroughly a business is checked once, but by how well it is understood over time. That's the standard regulators across Asia-Pacific already expect, and the one our clients need to grow with confidence," said Leas Bachatene, AsiaVerify Chief Executive Officer. "Perpetual KYB brings us closer to our vision of being the trusted intelligence partner for organisations operating across Asia, turning official registry data into a living view of who they do business with." The cost of standing still. Most KYB programmes verify a company at onboarding, then re-check it on a quarterly or annual cycle. Between those reviews, compliance teams have no visibility of what has changed. If a director resigns, ownership shifts or a company's legal status lapses on day 10, a periodic programme may not surface it until day 180. For high-risk customers, merchants, suppliers and counterparties, that window is a compliance exposure, not an administrative inconvenience. What a team verified months ago is no longer what it is exposed to today. Early findings from the AsiaVerify APAC Corporate Monitoring Index show how quickly that gap opens. Across a 60-day window covering 620 APAC-based companies monitored with Perpetual KYB: * 1 in 7 companies recorded at least one change within the monitoring window * in some jurisdictions, the earliest changes appeared within two days of monitoring starting * 60% of change events related to shares, shareholders or key individuals These were not routine filing updates. The majority were shifts in ownership and control, at a pace that annual and quarterly review cycles cannot match. The full AsiaVerify APAC Corporate Monitoring Index will be published later this year. From "something changed" to "what changed" Perpetual KYB replaces calendar-based re-checks with change-driven monitoring. Teams set up monitoring once per company with a single API call, and Perpetual KYB runs for the life of their subscription. There is no cycle management, no manual scheduling, and no repeat queries. If nothing changes in the registry, no alert is sent. * Identity * Address * Business Activity * Officers * Ownership * Capital * Status * Annual Return * Other Customers set the severity for each category and decide whether it triggers an alert, applying their own risk model. An address change can be logged, while an ownership or status change goes straight to review. Any legal status change, such as dormancy, striking-off, deregistration, liquidation or reinstatement, is flagged under Status in every market where Status is covered. Category availability varies by registry. "Compliance teams don't lack checks. What they lack is visibility between them. A company verified six months ago can have new shareholders, new directors or a different legal status today, and a periodic review won't show it until long after it matters," said Ficoal Dong, AsiaVerify Chief Product & Technology Officer. "We built Perpetual KYB to close that gap. It watches official registry data continuously and tells teams what type of change occurred, so analysts spend their time on the changes that matter to their risk model, not on re-checking companies that haven't moved." Perpetual KYB turns periodic oversight into continuous visibility, enabling teams to: * keep high-risk customers, merchants and suppliers visible between review cycles * prioritise ownership and status changes ahead of lower-risk updates * monitor growing APAC portfolios without adding analyst headcount * maintain an auditable record of every alert and query across the monitoring period Available now, with no new integration for existing clients. Perpetual KYB runs on the same Unified API authentication as every AsiaVerify product. Existing integrations receive the new category field automatically, with no new API version and no change to pricing. One fixed annual fee per company covers continuous monitoring for the full year, with no per-alert charges. Perpetual KYB is available via API today, with portal access to follow by the end of 2026. The launch follows AsiaVerify's recognition in Corporate Vision's Technology Innovator Awards 2026, where the company was awarded both Best Business Verification Technology Company 2026 - Asia and Perpetual Monitoring Innovation Award 2026 - Asia. Perpetual KYB delivers the Monitor stage of AsiaVerify's Continuous Company Verification Lifecycle, alongside KYB Complete's verification and ownership intelligence. Whether supporting AML obligations, strengthening third-party risk programmes or keeping merchant and supplier portfolios current, it gives compliance teams continuous visibility of the companies they have already verified. See what changed across your portfolio before your next review cycle. Explore Perpetual KYB or schedule a 20-minute call to find out more. About AsiaVerify. RegTech Summit London 2026: 4 takeaways on the shift to continuous monitoring.

RegTech Summit London 2026: 4 takeaways on the shift to continuous monitoring. Four takeaways from RegTech Summit London 2026 on continuous monitoring, AI accountability, data readiness Continuous monitoring, data readiness and accountable AI dominated the day in London. Here are its four biggest takeaways, and what they mean for KYB teams across Asia-Pacific. Key takeaways from regtech Summit London 2026. * Monitoring is going continuous. Supervision is getting more timely, and periodic re-KYB leaves teams blind between cycles. * AI has moved from pilot to production. Accountability for AI decisions is now the open question. * Data readiness is the real constraint, not AI capability. * Humans stay in the loop. AI drives efficiency; people make the judgement calls. On 1 October, AsiaVerify joined compliance, data and technology leaders at A-Team Group's RegTech Summit London. From the opening keynote to the closing roundtables, one idea kept coming back: compliance is moving from periodic checks to continuous monitoring. Coming from a business verification company focused on Asia Pacific, AsiaVerify were struck by how closely the conversations in London mirror what its clients face across the globe. Monitoring is now continuous, not periodic. For AsiaVerify, the standout session was Andrew Pinnington's keynote on accurate, complete and timely reporting in the era of data-driven supervision. Supervision is becoming more timely, and expectations of firms are following. His message was clear: "Assurance and control are continuous, not run once per quarter." - Andrew Pinnington, Chief Customer Officer, Novatus The question he left the room with - is the one every compliance team should ask: is your data controlled continuously, or checked periodically? The theme ran throughout the whole day. The first panel, on AI in regulatory compliance, explored the move from periodic reporting to always-on compliance, and perpetual KYC was the topic of one of the closing roundtables. This is the gap Perpetual KYB was built to close. It sits alongside your onboarding and periodic KYB review, providing continuous monitoring official registry data across APAC markets. When a registry change is detected, your team receives a categorised alert that shows not just that a company changed, but what type of change it was, across nine categories from Ownership and Officers to Status. No registry change means no alert and no wasted analyst time. AI in compliance has moved past the pilot stage. The tone this year was practical. That first panel, with speakers from BTIG, Dreadnought Solutions and Behavox, made it clear that the proof-of-concept era is over. Firms are moving AI into production-grade compliance workflows, and the question has shifted from "can we?" to "who is accountable?" Firms are using AI, and so are regulators. Supervisors are applying data analytics to spot reporting anomalies and control weaknesses, sometimes before firms see them. One Innovation Spotlight pitch put it bluntly: regulators are already using AI to check firms' financial promotions. The message for compliance teams is to get ahead of that scrutiny by finding and fixing their own data gaps before a supervisor does. Data readiness, not AI, is the real constraint. The A-Team Group research update, presented by Andrew Delaney and Mark Davies, landed on a message AsiaVerify heard repeated all day: the main constraint is not AI capability, it is data readiness. On the data consistency panel, moderated by Deutsche Bank's Dawd Haque, the regulatory direction was summed up simply: require less, but better. The bar is data quality. Speakers also argued that data quality matters more than pulling everything into one place, and that architecture teams are too often overlooked in favour of business priorities. Many firms are still underusing AI, and the gap is widening between those that get their data foundations right and those that don't. For anyone verifying businesses in Asia, data readiness has an extra layer as official registries publish in different languages and formats. That is the problem its KYB solutions is built around. It connects directly to official government registries across 14 APAC markets. Compliance teams get an audit-ready trail and decision-ready data before any AI model or analyst touches it. Humans stay in the loop. The panel on managing unstructured data in compliance brought a welcome dose of realism. AI helps with efficiency, but it is not the final answer. Not every compliance issue is black and white, and human judgement remains essential. Next, Chrissy Hill's keynote, The convergence nobody has budgeted for, put that question at its sharpest: as agentic AI moves compliance from periodic to continuous, who is ultimately accountable when an AI agent makes a decision? This matches how AsiaVerify think about AI at AsiaVerify. Its role is to give compliance teams accurate, explainable, registry-sourced data and categorised change signals, so the people making decisions can make them with confidence. Also on the radar. A few other themes worth flagging: * Quantum risk to old records. In her keynote, Chrissy Hill warned that "harvest now, decrypt later" makes long-retention regulatory data a security risk, not just a cryptography challenge. * The end of the overnight window. She also noted that as digital assets and real-time settlement spread, compliance controls lose the overnight buffer they relied on to detect and intervene. * Smarter surveillance. The surveillance panel looked at machine learning models that catch layering and spoofing patterns static thresholds miss, with explainable AI to justify alerts and cut false positives. Looking ahead. Leaving London, its main takeaway is that compliance is moving from periodic checks to continuous monitoring, whether firms are ready or not, and supervisors are already heading that way. The firms that come out ahead will be the ones that fix their data foundations, keep people accountable for AI-driven decisions, and stop relying on periodic snapshots when risk moves faster than review cycles. If you'd like to talk about how continuous monitoring could work across your APAC entity portfolio, please get in touch. AsiaVerify'd be happy to set up a time. Ready to See It in Action? Xapien integrates AsiaVerify registry data into its due diligence reports.

Xapien integrates AsiaVerify registry data into its due diligence reports. 14th Aug 2026 AsiaVerify and Xapien have partnered: AsiaVerify is powering Xapien's dynamic due diligence platform with Asian company, shareholder, ultimate beneficial ownership (UBO), and sanctions data. For any company operating in Asia, analysts now can access and see the official filed record, without a separate search and manual reconciliation, helping compliance, research and onboarding teams work faster where their exposure crosses borders. Finding accurate ownership information takes local knowledge, particularly across Asia, where public records are uneven and access to official company data varies by jurisdiction. A single company can appear under its native-script name and several English spellings of it, and the shareholder named on its filing is often another company registered somewhere else, with the person in control three or four layers further up. Analysts close those gaps by hand, and the completeness of the file comes down to the time available. Through this partnership, Xapien users gain access to more than 450M+ entities across 11 Asian markets, taken directly from government registries. Each search runs against the native-script registered name alongside the English form, so a Chinese, Japanese, Korean or Vietnamese company can be matched to its own filing however its name has been spelled. Xapien handles the local language and the local registry, and the team reads one report. "Verified company and ownership information is the foundation of any credible risk decision, and across Asia that information sits with each market's own registry. We built AsiaVerify to make those records accessible at scale in the languages they are filed in. Working with Xapien brings them to the compliance and research teams who depend on them daily and we are delighted to be partnering with the Xapien team on this." - Adam Graham, Head of Commercial at AsiaVerify "Reliable due diligence comes from triangulating the full span of data available on a subject, and a gap in one set weakens everything read against it. AsiaVerify extends Xapien reports into registries that are hard to reach, so a search on an Asian company returns the filed record on the first pass and the analyst's time goes into the decision itself, not digging up registry data." - Zach Rothstein, Chief Strategy & Partnerships Officer at Xapien About AsiaVerify AsiaVerify is the corporate verification and risk intelligence layer for cross-border commerce in Asia, delivering trusted company, ownership, and risk insights from real-time registry data through to decision-ready assessment for global organisations.
