Overview
Asteri AI builds an AI-driven work intelligence platform for large enterprises to map and manage workforce skills and plan talent strategy. It combines Asteri.Mind, an inference engine, Asteri.Scope, a knowledge graph of skill relationships, and Asteri.Prism, which analyzes data from HRIS, GitHub, and CRMs to show how work gets done and infer employee skills. Unlike others, it uses an integrated set of internal and external data to create a dynamic skills taxonomy and provide unbiased, actionable insights for skill gaps and forecasting to guide reskilling. Its goal is to help enterprises align their workforce with AI adoption through strategic planning, targeted training, and better human-AI collaboration.
