Air Comfort Service Group, a New York-based HVAC, refrigeration and commercial kitchen services provider, has partnered with Astra Service Partners, a nationwide network of mechanical service providers. The transaction closed on 12 March 2026, with BMI Mergers & Acquisitions serving as exclusive financial advisor. Founded in 2001, Air Comfort serves property managers, offices, hospitals, schools and hospitality chains across New York City and Long Island. The company's senior leadership will remain in place following the partnership. Astra is part of the Orion Group of field services companies, a portfolio company of Alpine Investors. The deal allows Air Comfort to expand its capabilities whilst maintaining its market position in New York's demanding services market.

Astra Service Partners, a network of commercial and industrial mechanical service providers, has partnered with DAEL Thermal Group, an HVAC and combustion business serving customers across Ontario. The investment will support DAEL's continued growth. Founded in 1982, DAEL specialises in technical expertise for commercial and industrial clients. Astra partners with mechanical service companies to provide resources for expansion. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
