After receiving the Above and Beyond awards at Celtech and Vital Link, Atec was nominated for the ESGR Support Freedom Award.
The court said that with respect to the “Atec” and “Trans Tool” marks, Trans Tool brought suit for false designation of origin and unfair competition, trademark infringement, and civil conspiracy, claiming that All State infringed upon its marks “Trans Tool”, “T-xxxx,” and “Atec.”
Atec earned the Gold Award and is honored to accept this for 2021.
