Cross brings over 20 years of experience in new-home sales, real estate, and builder operations to the Virginia-based lender. In his new role, Cross will focus on expanding ACM's relationships within the homebuilding industry and supporting the company's loan officers with builder resources and business development opportunities. He previously spent more than a decade with Beazer Homes in senior leadership positions. Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia, Atlantic Coast Mortgage operates 46 branches across the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Midwest regions and is licensed in 42 states plus the District of Columbia.

Atlantic Coast Mortgage LLC, a Fairfax, Virginia-based mortgage lender licensed in 40 states, has acquired Tidewater Mortgage Services Inc., a coastal Virginia lender serving the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. The deal, announced on Monday, combines Atlantic Coast Mortgage's technology-driven lending platform with Tidewater's regional presence and reputation for customer service, the companies said in a joint announcement. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed in the announcement.
