Overview
Attic Projects offers cleaning, insulation work, rodent proofing, mold remediation, air duct cleaning, and weatherization for attics and crawl spaces in California and Washington (San Diego, Orange County, and Seattle). It uses free, no-obligation inspections with detailed photo-based estimates and conducts all work in-house with licensed, insured teams, not subcontractors. The company backs services with long warranties, such as a 10-year rodent-proofing warranty and a 15-year workmanship warranty. Its goal is to help property owners improve energy efficiency, prevent moisture and pest problems, and maintain durable, high-quality attic and crawl space solutions.

Simplify's Take
What believers are saying
- High-volume hiring across Everett, Orange, Glendale, Rancho Cucamonga, Kent, and Irving signals growth.
- Indeed showed 64 reviews and a 3.7 rating in April 2026, supporting demand.
- September 2026 job postings show ongoing need for installers, salespeople, and foremen.
What critics are saying
- Indeed reviewers cite deceitful sales, safety neglect, and five-plus monthly resignations.
- BBB complaints and no accreditation damage trust in high-ticket home services.
- If complaint volume rises, referral-led demand collapses and brand value evaporates.
What makes Attic Projects unique
- Attic Projects bundles attic, crawl-space, insulation, rodent, mold, and duct services under one contractor.
- Greenhouse listed 15 jobs on September 4, 2026, spanning sales and operations.
- In-house crews and warranty-heavy pitches distinguish it from subcontractor-heavy local competitors.
