Auxis, a nearshore outsourcing provider and subsidiary of Grant Thornton Advisors LLC, has opened a knowledge process outsourcing centre in Bogotá, Colombia. The facility currently employs over 200 professionals and is expected to expand to more than 700 within a year. This marks Auxis' second major centre in Colombia, where it has grown to 500 employees across Barranquilla, Bogotá, and Medellín since entering the market in 2021. The new centre will support US organisations across finance, accounting, HR, customer support, IT, and AI functions. The expansion reflects rising demand for nearshore services, with 44% of organisations operating in or evaluating Latin America for their delivery strategy, according to Grant Thornton's Q2 2026 CFO Survey.
