Overview

Avint provides an end-to-end IIoT stack for manufacturing. It combines industrial hardware and edge devices (INZ cabinets, IN-130 IoT nodes, ARGOS edge nodes) with Factory View software, which can run in the cloud or on-premise. The platform unifies data from machines and sensors using Modbus, EtherNet/IP, OPC-UA, MQTT and HTTP, and includes prebuilt applications such as Machine Monitor (OEEs/MTBF/MTTR), NRGY Monitor, Site Monitor, Tracker and Andon 4.0. Instead of building from scratch, customers deploy the combined hardware+software+applications model to digitize operations quickly, without lengthy systems integration. Avint targets manufacturing plants in emerging markets that want faster Industry 4.0 deployments and measurable improvements in uptime, efficiency, energy, and monitoring. Their goal is to help manufacturers digitize their operations with an integrated, easy-to-deploy solution that provides real-time visibility and actionability across the plant.
