Axio Global

Axio Global

Cyber risk quantification SaaS platform

Overview

Axio Global provides cyber risk management software that translates technical security data into financial terms to help organizations manage risk. Its Axio360 SaaS platform acts as a decision engine by integrating security assessments, cyber risk quantification, financial stress testing, and insurance analysis to produce a single, financially grounded view of risk for security leaders, executives, and boards. Compared with typical cyber tools, Axio360 links technical controls to financial impact and offers insurance analysis to inform whether to invest in security controls or purchase risk transfer. Its goal is to help organizations prioritize resources around financially material risks and align security programs with business risk, including board-level reporting.

Unison Risk Advisors partners with Axio to expand access to digital risks insights.

Unison Risk Advisors partners with Axio to expand access to digital risks insights. Jul 23, 2026 10:26:49 AM CLEVELAND, July 14, 2026 - Unison Risk Advisors(TM)(Unison), one of the nation's largest independently-owned insurance brokerage and risk management firms, announced a partnership with Axio, a SaaS provider of digital risk quantification solutions. Through this partnership, Unison clients will be able to access Axio's digital risk insights to gain greater visibility into cyber and technology-related risks and support more informed insurance and risk management decisions. Clients also will have access to preferred pricing for certain Axio capabilities. Organizations continue to navigate an increasingly complex digital risk environment shaped by operational technology exposures, supply chain dependencies and artificial intelligence. Understanding and managing these risks in a way that supports effective decision-making and risk transfer strategies often requires more advanced modeling capabilities than have traditionally been available. "After evaluating solutions across the marketplace, it became clear that Axio would be a strong fit for our clients," said Lacy Rex, Cyber Risk Solutions National Practice Leader at Unison Risk Advisors. "Their approach to digital risk quantification provides valuable insights that can help organizations better understand and communicate cyber risk. This is particularly meaningful for industries like manufacturing, energy and healthcare, where risk environments tend to be highly complex." "Insurance brokers are becoming an increasingly important part of our business, and working with a firm of Unison's caliber reflects that trend," said Scott Kannry, Co-Founder and CEO of Axio. "Unison's employee-owned culture and strong client relationships align well with our approach to helping organizations better understand digital risk. The industries they serve further highlight the value of integrating risk quantification into conversations about insurance and risk management." Axio offers CISO D&O coverage to eligible customers amid rising liability concerns

Axio, a cyber risk quantification provider, has announced CISO Directors and Officers coverage for eligible customers, arranged through Aegis Executive Risks in partnership with Lloyds of London underwriters. The offering addresses growing concerns amongst Chief Information Security Officers about personal legal exposure following significant cybersecurity incidents. The coverage will be available to eligible organisations with an active Axio360 subscription, subject to underwriting approval. Requirements include periodic reporting of top cyber risk scenarios to executive teams or boards of directors. The policy covers CISOs and specified direct reports. Axio co-founder Scott Kannry said CISOs are increasingly concerned about legal liability despite their efforts to protect organisations. The announcement comes amid uncertainty about whether CISOs are adequately covered under blanket corporate D&O policies.
